Store & Clean

  1. Truffles are best stored in the refrigerator in a large jar.

  2. Each wrapped in a paper towel to prevent them getting wet.

  3. Change the tissue paper to avoid the build-up of moisture and to retain aroma.

  4. If they grow a little white mould, brush it off under running cold water and dry the truffle before replacing it in the fridge.

  5. Before you’re ready to eat, remove any dirt with a soft brush (e.g toothbrush) .

  6. Do not use hot water or soap to clean the fresh truffles.

  7. Truffles are best enjoyed as fresh as possible.
